Inlet Dunes is a gated community with two condo buildings and just 18 units and only 10 of them are on the rental market and only 3 of those are on the First Floor which means no stairs have to be climbed for the condo or to access the beach! This unit, 103, is the CLOSEST UNIT TO THE POOL AND THE BEACH in the whole complex. Inlet Dunes is surrounded by multi-million dollar houses and is the BEST VALUE at this fabulous location! To get to the amazing crystal-white sandy beach and the gorgeous ocean, you only have to walk across a very small beach access alley right outside the gated pool area. Unlike most beach access points on 30A, there is a ramp instead of stairs and bathrooms which just adds to the convenience! The Inlet Dunes private pool also has bathrooms. Most people don't know about this complex, so consider yourself lucky for finding it! This unit, #103, is on the first floor and is a corner unit so it has an extra window in the living area making it bright and beautiful. It opens onto a covered patio and grassy lawn area which is a great secluded play area for the kids! Just bring your sunscreen because this unit is Immaculate and Well-Stocked with 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach towels. The King Bedroom has luxury bedding, and the bathroom has plush towels, full size shampoo, conditioner and shower gel and all the cleaning supplies you will need during your stay.
