This High-end loft boasts 17 ft ceilings, character 1870 exposed brick, and a large heritage window for natural light, with compliments of modern and industrial finishes.
The space
This loft apartment is newly renovated so everything you get to use is in brand new condition!
We provide you with clean white towels, sheets, duvet and pillows.
We strive on making your stay feel like a hotel experience, thus why we have an extensive cleaning regiment and use only white towels etc. we want to prove that our place is super clean so you can enjoy your stay a little more.

Though we call this a loft, it’s really your own private New York style apartment. You have private access to your space, no sharing with anyone.
Our Dunlop St entrance spits you out between Northcountry and Dunlop St Diner restaurants, literally placing you in the heart of downtown Barrie.
Other things to note
We want our guests to have the best stay possible, that's why we are as transparent as possible about what your stay may entail.
We are located in downtown Barrie, if you are booking on a weekend please note restaurants and bars are open until 2am. In the Summertime live music is played on the streets during the day (on weekends).
Our heritage windows may be beautiful but they do not keep noise out well. If the hustle and bustle of downtown will keep you up please keep that in mind before booking.
