Summary: Check-in information very clear. Unit was well appointed with everything needed. In general the room and fitout was clean, except for two frypans on a shelf which still had grease and food bits in them. Not a big deal as I washed and then used them for rest of stay. The one issue I has was the keys for the unit did not include the security screen door at fron, nor the screen door to courtyard - this would have been good to improve airflow when away. I managed a workaround for the screens, but the manager didn't take any responsibility - even suggested it was my fault the screen door was locked with no key. A minor issue is the bathroom sink is not functional (the shelf above is the same depth as the sink); forget about washing your face or shaving without spilling a lot of water on the floor in the process. Communication with property manager was challenging, sometimes no responses received. Manager is located 2 hours away so not able to address any urgent issues.
