This spacious 800-square-foot guest suite is located in the entire lower level of our residence (a walk-out basement), providing you with complete privacy and a dedicated entrance separate from the main home. While we (the owners) reside upstairs, you’ll have the entire downstairs to yourself—like your own private apartment.

Summary: Very nice property and neighborhood. The rental is in the lower level of a home in a beautiful neighborhood just east of Nashville; convenient location to everything. It is small but just fine for a couple. The kitchen is more of a kitchenette. No dishwasher and very limited utensils and cookware. Also, no grill available outside. You are probably not going to cook much more than breakfast or snacks there. The king bed was very comfortable! The communication with the owners was excellent. There was a tornado warning in the middle of the night, and they checked in on us (via text) to make sure we were okay! Thank you!As I mentioned, this is in the lower level (basement walk out with its own entrance) so it was a little humid/damp/cool when we were there. There was a small, portable dehumidifier the size of a smoke alarm hanging in the closet that we didn't find until the morning we left. That might have helped. Overall, it was very nice, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
