Positive: Perfect location, wonderful staff. The mattresses were very comfortable.
Negative: - very small bathroom, I mean tiny. Had to step into the shower to close the bathroom door. - Mildew and mold on the grout between shower tiles. Humidity damage and mold around shower door. Certainly something one does not expect to see in a $400+ per night room. - Breakfast area is small and crowded, more so since is right next to the elevator. - Only hot things for were coffee and water. Limited selection of other items given the small counter space it is served on. - Lobby area is small with limited seating during breakfast. Courtyard is pretty, but of no use when it rained or when the temperature was 40 degrees (metal chairs / no heat lamps)
Summary: Poor value, amenities and condition of the room fell well short of expectations.
