Named after the now famous "Indicas Surf Break" directly across the street, where Billabong has conducted their annual catalog photo shoot for several years running! Conveniently located, within walking distance (400') to the private dock slip that is included in the rental, the public beach access (150 ft.), Liquor Store, The Sweet Tooth (coffee, ice cream, deserts), Mackey’s Take Away, Willie’s Kitchen and The Abaco Inn. Expansive wrap-around balconies make this the ideal spot for entertaining, watching the sunrise, sunset, and stargazing. 2,980 sq.' of finished living space, lots of natural light, spacious and comfortable living room with 54” TV, 3 beds (Casper mattresses) 3 bathrooms , plus loft den (with pull-out double bed), and rec room with pingpong table. Renovated and refurbished in 2022, with full back-up generator. The private dock space is located in White Sound Harbour, accomodates up to a 35’ boat and is extremely protected. Use of the washer/ dryer is included. For Sundays and Bahamian Holidays checkins/checkouts, there is an additional $75 charge. Bookings over Christmas and New Years require 7 nights minimum. Sorry, no children under age 10, with the exception of infants that are not walking yet.

Summary: Love the house and love the Abacos! We have been coming to Hope Town for several years. This house was in a wonderful location. We loved having dock access and being so close to the ocean. Beautiful views, and wonderful home - just as pictured in the photos. Robbie was super helpful and always available. Thank you, thank you!
