Location…Location…Location Fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves and enjoy the sunset from your upper or lower deck. This four bedroom home sits on an oversized lot on the beach and only one block to Main Street. The living room, kitchen and dining area are open concept with cathedral ceilings. There are two bedrooms on the main floor of 401 Lakeshore Blvd S, both with queen beds. There is a main floor bathroom with shower. Upstairs the master bedroom has a walk out deck with a queen bed and tv with and dvd player. The second bedroom on the upper level has a double bed and single bunk beds. There’s a full bath on the upper level with laundry facilities. The living room has a 50? flat screen with DVD and satellite tv, sofa bed, wireless internet and Netflix. The cottage offers many floor fans, there’s 4 window A/C units, 2 upstairs (each bedroom) and 2 on the main level. Enjoy the sunset from the upper covered deck accessible from the second level. There’s plenty of room to soak up the rays on the front patio or private fenced side yard. This cottage is rented from Saturday to Saturday to families only. Dogs may be permitted for an extra fee of $75.00. Max 2 dogs.
