Welcome to our cozy condo centrally situated in Golden, Colorado. The condo is in an ideal location to enjoy everything Golden has to offer! Whether you are coming to visit the School of Mines, see a show at Red Rocks, go on some amazing hikes, tube or white water raft Clear Creek, this location provides the opportunity to conveniently enjoy all of the activities you’d like! You can also take a short walk to Downtown Golden to enjoy the great restaurants, breweries, parks and shopping.
This modern 1 Bedroom + 1 Bathroom condo has an open floor plan with high ceilings, a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a cozy living room with a Smart TV. The bedroom has a very comfortable KING bed, Smart TV and a large walk-in closet. The oversized bathroom has a large vanity and a walk-in shower.

Our cleaners are working very hard to safely sanitize the home between stays. If there is a group checking out the day of your arrival, for cleaning purposes your check in time will be 4pm. We may be able to accommodate an early check-in (fee may apply) or dropping of luggage per request.
We give our guests a 4 digit code to access the home and the space you'd like, but we are only a message or call away. Also, we live 10 minutes away and can quickly assist if needed.
-Smoking is NOT allowed indoors
-Pets are allowed NOT allowed in the building. If you bring a pet, the stay will have to be ended.
-No events or parties allowed
-Only guests staying in the unit are permitted to access the Golden Community Center for free using our membership. Guests understand the amenities listed in the listing for Pool, Hot Tub, Gym and Sauna are NOT located in the building, but 1.5 miles away at the Center.
