We provide your first needed items such as dish soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. Depending on use you may want to buy some from the grocery store.
If there is anything needed during your stay we are available through the VRBO platform.
Access: The front door has an electronic lock. You will be provided the door code the day of arrival.
Outdoor grill: A park style grill is available for your us. We do not provide charcoal or lighter fluid. Please make sure to put ash inside the provided ash can.
Animals: There are animals and bears in the area. If you encounter a bear or another animal do not feed or try to approach them.
Trash: Please place all trash in the trash can outside the cabin. Be aware that trash not in trash can will attract animals of all sizes!
Guest booking and staying at the property must be at least 25 years old.
If you plan to party do not book this cabin. This is our families home and you must treat it with respect.
Guests are responsible for any damages to the property. In the event of something damaged let us know as soon as possible so we can determine next steps.
We do NOT offer refunds for weather or natural disasters.
Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $500 and you will be asked to leave.
This is a NON SMOKING cabin. If you smoke inside the cabin you will be charged $500, plus the increase in cleaning fee, plus any damages.
The hot tub is for guests 18 and over only. No children under the age of 18 permitted at anytime without adult supervision. Be sure to keep the cover on the hot tub when not in use and never let the water level get below the jets as this can destroy the hot tub. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub at your own risk!
Absolutely NO fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $200 plus damages.

There are security cameras on the exterior of the property for your safety. One is located at the front door pointing at the parking spaces.
There is composting facility located nearby that can at times create an odor that affects this resort and as far away as the Parkway and Dollywood. This is generally not a significant issue but depends entirely on wind, time of the year or day, weather conditions and what the city is doing at the facility at any given time - while rare and random it can and does occur at points throughout the year. The location, views and amenities we hope outweigh this potential inconvenience.
