The entrance to the golf club is also the entrance to our neighborhood. The unmatched scenic beauty of this property has made it a guest favorite. Majestic Sunrise Mountain is the backdrop for views of Stallion Mountain Golf Course's #9 green, large duck pond and our new, private pool and spa. Your days will be started with breathtaking sunrises to go with your morning coffee.
This gated, former model home is perfectly built to take advantage of its golf course and mountain-view setting. Its ample windows and relaxed, rambler floor plan lets in plenty of Las Vegas light… all year round. And your view from the great room spans a new pool/spa, large duck pond, golf course and the Sunrise Mountain range. Truly beautiful!
This one level single family home features 2 Bedrooms + Den/Library, 3 Baths, and sleeps 4. The great room’s big windows show off this fabulous golf course location and links you to a casual eating area and a large kitchen with a gas cooktop. The kitchen has been carefully stocked with cookware, utensils and dinnerware so you feel at home. A few steps farther and you find a formal dining room and large entry way. And then, what has become a true surprise to many of our quests, is a fully stocked, 500 volume Den/library. With titles from Tolstoy to Grisham; coffee table books from the Rolling Stone’s “Life on the Road”s to Hobb’s “Golf in Art”; creative books from Fairchild’s “Bon Appetit” to Savarino’s “The Seasonal Cocktail Companion”; and hidden gems like Miller’s 1956 “The Complete Medical Guide”… you might never make it to the golf course.
Continuing the tour, the oversized master bedroom suite includes an equally stunning view; a large walk-in closet; and separate sitting area. On the opposite side of the house is the second bedroom “guest suite” that has a queen bed and its own, full-sized bathroom. Completing the house is a laundry room and a three car garage.
The home is located 7.1 miles from Las Vegas’s McCarran Airport and 8.5 miles from the famous Las Vegas Strip. From Stallion Mountain, take Flamingo straight to the Strip (where Flamingo crosses the Strip is the location of Bally’s, Caesar’s Palace, and the Ballagio fountains).
Amenities include a gas fireplace, 52' flat panel television, HD, and DVD player. Each bedroom also has flat panel HD television. WiFi throughout the house.
The perfect get-away for golf and other outdoor recreation, relaxing around the pool, conventions as well as all of the activities that Las Vegas has to offer. Close to several casinos off the strip, restaurants and shopping.
Note: Stallion Mountain is a 18 hole, 7,120 yard, par 72 golf course. It was designed by Jim Colbert and Jeff Brauer and has hosted events such as the Frank Sinatra Celebrity and PGA tour competitions. Some holes feature territorial views of the Las Vegas Strip.
