The cottage is located on an open plot of land near several beautiful hiking trails and cross-country ski trails in winter. Here you have a good starting point for many and beautiful mountain walks on Sjusjøen all year round. The fishing opportunities in the area are many: take a trip to Åstaelva, which is only 20 minutes by car from the cottage, or try your fishing luck in Sjusjøvannet. In winter, it's a short walk to alpine slopes. If you want a bigger alpine facility, Hafjell is about 40 minutes away. Just a few minutes drive from the cabin you will find a store, a restaurant and a modern fitness center.
