In the heart of a protected landscape, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, the estate is accessible by a non-tarred mountain road that climbs 2km, it consists of 5 houses built in Drôme stones and solid wood, which offer a total capacity of 17 rooms and can be privatized by a group of up to 35 people and 20 people for seminars!).
The estate has been completely renovated and extended in 2017 according to the highest requirements of low carbon construction.
On the edge of the orchard, with a superb view on the valley of Teyssières and the mountain "La Lance" is the heated swimming pool. Located in a fully enclosed area for the safety of children.
The house "La Grange" is exposed to the south-east and has a clear view on the valley of Teyssières and the mountain "La Lance".
It has 2 private terraces:
1 terrace-yard completely covered and protected from the mistral (a rollout) with a stone barbecue and garden furniture.
1 large terrace communicating with the living room and with magnificent views of the valley.
