All around, the view sweeps over the vineyards where the precious grapes are grown to produce the famous Valpolicella, Soave, Amarone and Recioto wines. Lovers of good wine can visit the cellars of the area, among the most renowned in the Italian wine scene. The southern part of Lake Garda with the typical villages of Lazise and Bardolino can be reached in about 40 minutes.
The house has been recently restored and the owners wanted to keep the original layout typical of the rural houses of the eighteenth century. The three floors - ground, first and second - are in fact connected by a steep staircase that was rebuilt in its original dimensions. This is why young children or older people must pay close attention to it.

Die Wohnräume sind auf drei Stockwerke verteilt - Erdgeschoss, erster und zweiter Stock - die durch eine steile Treppe miteinander verbunden sind und nach den Originalmaßen wieder nachgebaut wurde. Kleine Kinder oder ältere Menschen sollten sich diesem Umstand bewusst sein und unbedingt hierauf achten! Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das Wohnzimmer und die Küche, im ersten Stock ein geräumiges Schlafzimmer mit zwei separaten Badezimmern, im zweiten Stock ein sehr großes Schlafzimmer und ein kleineres Schlafzimmer. Länge für und einen und von den oberen Fenstern genießen Sie einen außergewöhnlichen Blick auf die umliegenden Hügel. Ein ungedeckter Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Eingang zum Haus reserviert.
