Summary: Great property with beautiful view and easy access to beach by 50 stairs down to wonderful beach. Communication was good with owner, but when I complained at one very hot bedroom not suitable for sleeping since window was broken and no A/C, the owner got silent and did not get back to me. All in all a very nice apartment, but be aware that one of the bedrooms does not work for sleeping when it is hot.
