Positive: Brilliant location and plenty of options for food and drink both at the hotel and in the neighbourhood. Staff were friendly and helpful - even offered us an umbrella when it had started to rain and I realised I had left mine in our room on the fourth floor!!!!
Negative: Complimentary hot drinks in guest only lounge whilst waiting for room to be ready or just relaxing after dinner was a great idea but machine must have been out of milk or malfunctioning as only dispensed hot water successfully when we tried. Despite detailed AirCon instructions was hard to get temperature right - room was icy on entry then a little too warm and stuffy once we’d played with controls - unless we opened the window..ll
Summary: A luxurious way to end our visit and treat ourselves on our anniversary, would definitely recommend.
