Given the unique nature of the property and to protect the experience for all fans and future visitors, we ask that you please be careful with the numerous vintage props, handmade features and set decor. many of these items and set pieces are fragile, so we ask that you respect the space and especially if you are traveling with children, that you do all you can to ensure items are not damaged, the stranger things house is a fan-driven project and not affiliated with netflix. however, we are dedicated to honoring the spirit of the show, a surcharge of $ 25 per person, per day applies for each additional guest you wish to add to your booking, smoking in the unit will incur an additional cleaning fee charge of $ 300, damage deposit: because of several unfortunate instances of theft, loss and damage, we have had to implement an upfront damage deposit. guests will be responsible for all loss and damages. if you respect our home and treat everything in it well, you'll get your deposit back no problem! thank youplease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian, this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties, managed by a private host
