ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
The finca is individual, new, bright and magical. Just finished, it has three bedrooms (5 beds: two doubles and three singles), each with private bathroom, including a suite with Jacuzzi tub.
- The Finca Rosita, equipped with all the necessary comforts, is on three floors with a magnificent large terrace with tables, chairs and sofa, ideal for lunches and dinners, where you can enjoy the beautiful landscape and relaxing moment.
-The kitchen is also new, and it's equipped with all the cooking utensils and accessories, including dishes, cutlery and glasses.
-The Finca also has a large outdoor swimming pool, in tek. Within walking distance there is a beautiful and quiet private beach Cala Olivera, with a delicious chiringuito that cooks fresh fish, magnificent to enjoy at sunset with the pleasing flavor of a good aperitif.
- The position of Finca is inside the Golf Club, in a green and quiet area where you can breathe a quiet air even thanks to the presence of watch h24.

- Pool, beach and everything inside the finca, including TV with satellite, washing machine, dryer (detergents of all kinds, both to clean the house and to wash the clothes) iron, hair dryer, iron Dust, dishwasher, BBQ on the large terrace on the third floor, wireless line.There are bathrooms with everything you need for shower / bath, bedrooms with respective wardrobes, linens and towels. A huge kitchen well appointed with the necessary to cook and trim (cutlery , glasses, plates etc.). A large well-furnished living room with 8-seater crystal table and respective chairs. Each furnished terrace is equipped with chairs and tables, if you like you can eat out in a magical atmosphere with soft light thanks to the many lanterns in any environment.

TIPS - NEAR THE FINCA
Nature, wonderful golf club, private beach (cala olivera), the view, the magical atmosphere of the finca, located near of the center of Ibiza. The beautiful beaches in the surroundings .. restaurants and beaches like L'amante (cala longa) , the Atzaro ', and Babylons beach club (Playa la Siesta in Santa Eulalia), Cotton Club, all near by my house in the Santa Eulalia area (6 minutes by car from the Finca). For dinner: Ses Escoles, Bambudda, Paloma (Santa Eulalia area, 8 minutes by car from Finca). Famous in the center of Ibiza (7 minutes drive from Finca): La Brasa restaurant, in the Botafoch Area: Il Cappuccino (wonderful lunch, dinner, aperitif, It is located on the sea, overlooking the old town of Ibiza in the Botafoch area and is open all year round). Del Mar trattoria restaurant (excellent Italian cuisine, fantastic both for lunch and dinner on the port of Botafoch, in the center of Ibiza), Hotel Monte Sol (Ibiza center 7 minutes by car from the Finca). To enjoy the sunset or have lunch on the sea the Ses Cavallets, CAP Falco 'and Las Salinas (all on the beach 10 minutes from the Finca where there are Las Salinas). Very beautiful for the whole day the Nassau beach club, in playa embossa (10 minutes from Finca), famous for the atmosphere. Very nice beaches on the road to San Antonio di Portmany, among the most famous places to spend the whole day: the Blue Marlyn beach (Cala Jundal 12 minutes from Finca). Also in Cala Jundal next to the Blue Marlin there is a restaurant with a ciringuito on the beach for lunch and sunset which is called Ristorante Yemanjal. Also in the area of Cala Jundal there are the very nice, Cala Bassa with its ciringhito and music and Sa Caleta with ciringuito, excellent for lunch and sunset as well as for the beach (12 minutes from Finca). Splendid, not to be missed, the sunset in the local tower of Cap Negret on the rocks (Sant Antonio area of Portmany, 16 minutes by car from the Finca) .Very beautiful the area of the beach of Talamanca (7 minutes drive from Finca) where I recommend the ciringuito Rehab, on the beach, to pass the all day. Another really nice restaurant on the beach during the day the Boat House in Cala San Vincente (14 minutes from Finca). Inside the golf club there is a private beach Cala Olivera with its respective ciringuito great for lunch and sunset, there is also a restaurant of the golf club with a wonderful view of the Green in a magical atmosphere where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner with 10% discount for club guests. I reccomand also to visit the area of Santa Gertrude a characteristic pueblo, the adjacent area of San Matteo .. valid for those who like to spend the day cycling.
HOW TO MOVE
It is well connected. They have also recently completed a road, which serves as a shortcut. I reccomand car /taxi /bus. From the airport it costs 15 Euro by taxi (taxi number: (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)). By Car - Airport / Finca: after leaving the airport turn left towards Santa Eulalia del Riu and after about 1km follow the signs towards San Jesus. After the town of San Jesus, continue straight until you are in front of the entrance to the golf course of Rocca Llisa.
Passing from the town of San Jesus, it takes 8 minutes by car to go to Ibiza center. From my house to Jesus, it's a 2 minute drive. From my house to Santa Eulalia 5 minutes by car. Strategic position. There are banks and delicious restaurants to be used for breakfast and lunch. Nearby the finca is full of beautiful restaurants including: l'Amante with private beach longa, L'atzaro 'is a farm with SPA and respective magnificent beach always in Santa Eulalia with a divine restaurant, friendly staff; and yet the beautiful Babylons beach club on the seaside in Playa La Siesta of Santa Eulalia. For dinner Ses Escoles, Bambudda, Paloma, Atzaro '(Santa Eulalia area 7 minutes from Finca) La Brasa, the Cappuccino, the Trattoria del Mar, So Sushi, Monte Sol (center of Ibiza 8 minutes from Finca). In Cala Jundal on the beach (towards San Antonio di Portmany, 12 minutes by car) there is the Blue Marlin, a lively place to spend the whole day, next to it there is another magnificent place on the beach, great for lunch and an aperitif, Jemanjal, a ciringuito; other places on the beach for lunch / aperitif / where you can enjoy the sunset Ses Cavallets, and CAP Falco (in the Salines beach, 8 minutes drive from Finca) .. the tower of CAP Negret famous for the magnificent sunset (San Antonio area 16 minutes by car from the Finca) and Nasao beach club (Playa Embossa 10 minutes by car) very nice also the beach area of Talamanca (7 minutes drive from Finca) where I recommend the Rehab on the beach to spend the whole day; Boat House Restaurant in Cala San Vincente (14 minutes from Finca) .I advise to see during the day the characteristic pueblo of Santa Gertrude and San Matteo, areas also famous for those who love cycling
