Quiet building with only 4 units on the Gulf side....no need to cross Gulf Blvd to get to the beautiful sands of the Gulf of Mexico...ONLY 200 STEPS TO THE BEACH!!
You'll love the quaint, old Florida small town atmosphere of charming Indian Rocks Beach, Florida. Many historic cottages and only one high rise condo building in this community. Most guests who visit IRB come back again and again!
This condo is on the second floor (2 flights of stairs). The back balcony overlooks the Gulf with beautiful sunsets along with a front balcony to enjoy the morning sunrise.
This condo has an updated kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops in 2022. Two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king size bed, with flat screen TV, second bedroom has 2 twin beds with luxurious linens and down comforters. A full size bath along with a 1/2 bath off the master bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, Wi-Fi, flat 55” smart TV in living room and flat screen in master bedroom. The common area has both a charcoal and gas grill for your use. Stroll to the beach with a supplied beach cart, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler along with beach toys for the kids! Beach towels supplied!!
Harbor Splash Water Park (new to Indian Rocks Beach) is a short walk, only 3 blocks away!! This park contains a variety of water slides, kid's splash zone, lazy river, pool, restaurants and tiki-bar.
Also within walking distance are many popular restaurants (Crabby Bills, JD's, PJ's, Guppy's, Slyce Pizza to name a few) along with several ice cream parlors, coffee/doughnut shop, etc.. We are approximately 2 miles from the famous Pinellas Bike Trail. A paved walking and bike trail 47 miles long from St Petersburg to Tarpon Springs. Bike rentals, boat rentals, sail boards, deep sea fishing and all kinds of water sports, etc... are available in IRB.
The Suncoast trolley stop is across the street from the condo - the trolley runs from Clearwater to St Petersburg.

All pet rentals require a pet deposit, 35 lb. maximum. You must confirm at time of booking if you plan to bring your pet. We need to know the breed and size of your pet. The cleaning process is different and more time consuming, therefore we need to know in advance.
