The unit was recently renovated and new owners have added even more upgrades and finishing touches! Everything you need is provided - beach towels, beach chairs/umbrella, cooler, and even pickleball equipment! This is one of the nicest units and best views available in all of Estero Beach & Tennis Club! The owners of this property manage it themselves, ensuring service and extra attention to detail not found with rentals using commercial property managers.
The highly sought after Estero Beach & Tennis Club (EBTC) is just steps from 7 miles of white sand beach and boasts a newly renovated heated pool, tennis & pickleball courts, shuffleboard, coin-operated washers and dryers, BBQ grill, and picnic tables There are restaurants located within a short driving distance, or you can take the trolley to different locations on the island. For some adventure there are rental boats, jet skis, parasailing and kayaks rentals within walking distance. There is a CVS and a 7-11 (with gas station) two blocks away, and a large grocery store just two miles away.
Nearly all of the common area post-hurricane restoration work has been completed at the EBTC grounds. However, a few repairs are still in progress. The devastation from Hurricane Ian can still be seen throughout Fort Myers Beach, and it will take years for everything to fully recover. But the community remains vibrant and is well on its way!
