The rustic villa includes 2 independent apartments that can be rented separately.
The Patio, approximately 80 square meters, features a large furnished porch, a living room with a kitchenette, a sitting room, 1 master bedroom, 1 bedroom with 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms. The garden surrounding the Patio is equipped with an old barbecue, perfect for organizing barbecues on warm summer evenings.
