This cute & cosy 2 bedroom unit located in Windsor Gardens has everything you need & is our most economical home on offer. It’s got a modest, neat & tidy bathroom, full laundry facilities including washer & dryer, plus a modern, fully equipped kitchen. Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning (heat & cool) throughout to keep you comfy year-round. Great as a base if you're planning on spending most of your time out working or exploring Adelaide.

For convenience, you really can't get much better than Windsor Gardens. Everything you could want is nearby. Shops, cafes, restaurants, oval, parks, playgrounds, the city. Even on rainy days you are spoilt with Latitude (indoor climbing and trampoline fun) and Escaplex (escape room challenges) less than 5 mins drive from the home.
And for relaxation and nature you really can't beat the easily accessible River Torrens Linear Park Trail just an easy 5min (approx.) walk down the street.
You will have the entire 2 bedroom unit to yourself (apart from the locked cleaner's cupboard). The lawn areas outside are common to the unit complex and are shared with other people (residents, visitors, gardener, etc). Building and complex grounds maintenance is managed by the Strata/Body Corporate and are not within our control. There's a grounds keeper that attends about once a month to ensure the grounds are maintained.
Internally, we have a regular maintenance schedule and do our best to maintain the home in-between stays to minimize disturbance to guests. However, on occasion, things can happen out of our control. So if there's maintenance works or emergency repairs required, please be aware we will need access to the unit to be able to fix these things.

Commercially cleaned bed and bath linen provided for your comfort and convenience (designs/colours will vary). The block out roller blinds will help darken the rooms for a nice sleep in or afternoon nap.
Starter supply of consumables including tea, coffee, milk, instant oats, toilet paper, tissues and paper towel provided for your convenience. You can purchase more supplies from the supermarket about 5mins drive down the road.
Parking is super easy with free on street parking spots just outside the front of the unit and an additional allocated undercover carport space.

Getting into the city is easy. Drive straight down North East Road and you'll be there in about 11 mins (according to my navi at the time of writing). If you don't have a car or prefer to catch public transport there are 2 bus routes that run near the house. Catch one bus and you're there! No need to swap buses halfway or anything tricky like that. If you like cycling, you can even hire a free council bike from the Lochiel Park Golf Club nearby (subject to availability-please check their website for up to date details) and ride all the way into town and back along the River Torrens Linear Park Trail.
