This wonderful home has beautifully refinished hardwoods, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, comfortable beds, a balcony, and a large green-fenced yard. Located within walking distance of Angle Lake public park, with a dock, swimming, and huge playground areas. Close to SeaTac International Airport, freeways, buses, transit stations, and restaurants!

We have done everything we can to make this place as enjoyable as possible for your relaxing stay! Perfect for travelers, couples, friends, families with children, and working professionals!
After an exciting day of adventure, cozy up in the main floor living area by the gas fireplace or enjoy a movie on the 55” Smart TV. In addition to the many restaurant choices close by, we have a gourmet kitchen that is fully equipped with stainless appliances and has everything for your cooking needs.
The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed and the 2nd bedroom has a full-sized bed.
You can check out the entertainment area with a surround sound system and 65" Smart TV or the den with a wet bar. There is a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.
There is a dedicated workspace setup with a monitor and keyboard in the basement and also a separate little home office outside for those who are working while here!
On warmer nights you can enjoy barbecuing in your own private backyard. While on colder nights relax in the 4 person outdoor Sauna. All year around feel free to lounge on the balcony and let your pet out in the fenced-in side yard!
An ensuite washer and dryer in the basement, high-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 400 Mbps, a hammock, 2 driveway spaces, and plenty of street parking for additional cars or an RV are all provided during your stay!
