3. Deposit and Registration: Door codes will not be shared if the $50 incidentals deposit and registration are still pending.
4. Deposit Release: The deposit is released 3-7 days after the original check-out date.
5. Complaints: All complaints must be reported within 30 minutes of check-in.
6. Departures: All departures must be reported immediately for calendar availability and issue resolution. It is recommended to send an alteration request if needed, to get unspent nights back and update the calendar.
7. Reservation Changes: All changes must be made before the 10 AM checkout time on the listing. Changes cannot be made after 10 AM as per app configuration.
8. Early Departure: Submit an alteration request for early departures to be approved easily.
9. Refunds: No courtesy refunds are provided.
