Centrally located in Carnelian Bay, between Kings Beach and Tahoe City, the Idlewood Vacation Cabin is a single level 3 bedroom/2 bath that features newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, sunny front deck, vaulted ceilings, spacious living room with sectional sofa, master suite, rock fireplace, and a back deck to spread a group out. In the summer, guests will appreciate the access to the trail network at Nightingale Road/Carnelian Road for great hiking and mountain biking access. In the winter, the cabin is almost equal distant to Northstar California and Palisades Tahoe.
All Agate Bay Realty vacation rental properties are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV/TV's with streaming services, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
For larger groups, including weddings and family reunions, this home is about 1/2 mile from the Bray Vacation Home

Summary: We had a great time staying in this rental. The house was clean and exactly as pictured. The huge couch and coffee table were perfect for our family and little kids to puzzle and play games on nonstop. My husband and I enjoyed the joy in- super clean and beautiful under trees and surrounded by snow. The kitchen was nicely remodeled and clean. I would prob update some kitchen furnishings for those of us who actually cooked a bit while staying there- but the very basics were all there and I made do just fine. We were not far from the lake (slight views at sunrise!) and the hey. We really enjoyed this house! Property management was great and a text away even though we didn’t end up needing them.
