This fabulous 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment is situated in the best Sitges location and where you can enjoy viewing the Mediterranean from your own balcony! It’s practically on top of the beach and centrally located in the heart of Old Town, close to the world famous medieval church (Sant Bartomeu). Wander the narrow streets of Sitges and enjoy the main shopping street, also just one block away.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor via stairs. You enter onto a spacious, light-filled, modern lounge/dining room with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors leading to the private balcony where you can sit at an outdoor table and sip your morning coffee, or evening wine and enjoy the sea view.
The new owner of this property has recently remodeled it to reflect a clean, modern aesthetic. Every detail for your comfort is offered here with air-conditioning, central heating, ultra-fast Wi-Fi and a new large, flat-screen TV (4K HD). Mood lighting adds an elegant and romantic touch and you can easily change the light color with the remote.
All three bedrooms are newly remodeled with comfortable beds, colorful throw-pillows, crisp white linen, side tables, tasteful lighting and built-in, floor-to-ceiling wardrobes for storage space.
THE MASTER BEDROOM is bright with a 160’ bed and an attached modern, ensuite bathroom complete with a generous sized bathtub, sink and toilet and a clothes washing machine. Separated from the other 2 bedrooms (which are down the hall), makes it a very private space. Although the AC unit is not inside the bedroom, you can benefit from the main air conditioner in the living room, directly facing the bedroom door.
THE SECOND BEDROOM is a large double and situated in the back of the apartment making it very quiet and peaceful. It has its own air-conditioner and features a big comfy 160’ bed. A safe is also available for added security.
THE THIRD BEDROOM is also a double bedroom, but cozy and smaller with a 140’ double bed. It doesn’t have an individual AC unit, but shares the air in the quiet back area of the apartment.
THE KITCHEN is modern and stylish featuring a built-in dishwasher, large fridge & freezer, a blender and an electric oven/microwave with a gas stove-top and a Nespresso coffee machine and electric kettle for coffee or tea. A new large-sized, counter-top toaster-oven has been added for easy cooking on those hot summer nights. The dishes, cutlery, cookware and serving bowls are complete with everything you’ll need to cook your own meals and take advantage of the gourmet markets and fresh produce available in town.
