The house is located 10 minutes from the capital, Palma de Mallorca and 15 minutes from the airport and the most emblematic villages of the island as Valldemossa, Soller and Deia.
It is also near as spectacular coves and Cala Banyalbufar Cala Deia or sandy beaches like Illetas, Palmanova or Puerto de Sóller.
