This 1,500 sq ft of space in the ever-so-charming LE PLATEAU area is a very comfortable stay for families or groups. It's ideal for REMOTE WORKING, there's 400 Mbps Internet speed.

From May 20 to Sep 5, 2023, Avenue du Mont-Royal will be closed to traffic as it becomes a pedestrian street in the summer, like a long park filled with eating, drinking shopping and fun activities!
GST and QST are included in the price. For business travelers, we can provide an invoice for tax deductions.
There is no daily housekeeping service but if you'd like the place cleaned during your stay, that service can be requested for a fee.
It is a pet-friendly property but please inquire at booking as prior authorization is required for pets & an additional pet charge applies.
We provide some essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive: dish sponge, dish detergent, trash bags in all trash cans, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner. If you run out, feel free to check the closet for more of what you need. If not there, then you'll need to purchase what you need. There’s a pharmacy one block east (Jean Coutu).
Renters may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on the day of checking in, or during their stay for identity verification.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Please take note that candles, incense or any other burnable object with flames inside the property are strictly prohibited.
House Rules:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) in the home, and the use of recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. (There is a Cigarette detector in the unit)
- No parties, events or illegal activity is permitted and excessive noise will not be tolerated. Please, no music after 11 pm. You may enjoy music at a moderate volume until 11 pm. We just ask that you please be respectful of the neighbors. The area has great restaurants and clubs where you can continue past 11 pm.
- To help us keep a good relationship with our community and monitor your compliance with our house rules, the home is equipped with MINUT, a noise sensor that measures decibel levels (not a recording device), a signal detection sensor that counts the number of devices in our home at any one time (it does not access any personal information) and a cigarette smoke detector.
- In the event of excessive noise, power to the unit will be shut off.
- Please do not tamper with or disconnect any devices or we will be forced to involve law enforcement and you may be asked to vacate the premises.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or an extra-cleaning charge if such is needed after their stay.
- You might be required to provide a government ID the day you will be checking in.
- Pets are not allowed unless prior authorization is given.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- No shoes can be worn inside the house.
- Please make sure you comply with the Quebec Government COVID-19 restrictions and public health safety measures.
- Guests are responsible for any fines, penalties or consequences that result from the guest's actions or violations of the house rules.

2- The apartment is equipped with an air exchange system & AC. There is no need to open the windows.
