Spacious, clean, quiet, newly renovated 1 bedroom suite in the lower half of our home. Cool and fresh in the summer, minutes to downtown, 1 block to the beach, unlimited restaurants and cafe's nearby. Scooter and bicycle access nearby for pleasure riding up and down the promenade right outside our home! No kitchen just a fridge and kettle for tea and coffee.
