Positive: room was great, location perfect for what we wanted, breakfast superb, being able to park car and then travel easily from the hotel into central London
Negative: access from car park, I use a walker and i was a bit tight on the lower ground level but once up in the lift it would not go through doorway, the staff opened up he double doors from the conference hall
Summary: Great for everything we needed and wanted to achieve
