Positive: Excellent Location: The hotel is very well situated, close to key attractions and public transportation, which made getting around super convenient. Clean Common Areas: The lobby and shared spaces were generally clean and well-maintained.
Negative: Overpriced for What It Offers: While the location is great, the overall value doesn’t quite match the price. I expected more comfort and quality for the rate charged. Worn-Out Linens: The bed sheets and towels were noticeably old and worn. They really need to be replaced to meet basic hospitality standards. Bathroom Needs Renovation: The bathroom felt outdated, and the sink faucet was particularly frustrating—barely any water came out, making it difficult to use. Unpleasant Scent Diffuser in Lobby: There’s a scent machine in the lobby that releases a strong-smelling vapor. Sitting on the couch nearby was uncomfortable and almost suffocating when it was on.
