Summary: It is located in a suburban area. There are good walking trails and good restaurants. The apartment comes with a kitchen, but you have to pay for the use of everything in the kitchen, including the dishes and cutlery . This is not made very clear by Expedia! The communication by the staff is quite vague by what to use and how to use it!
