The house consists of a terraced studio apartment of about 45 square meters. The internal space includes an open space with dining area and sofa bed area, a kitchenette and a bathroom. The main room is partly lofted by a wooden structure, which is accessed via a comfortable wooden staircase, which houses the sleeping area: a double and a single bed. The house, not equipped with heat pumps, is cool during the summer months thanks to the large covered veranda in front of the main front. The large veranda is furnished with table and chairs.
It is an apartment suitable for three people but, since there is a double sofa bed in the main room, it is possible that up to 5 guests can stay there. The living area also houses a large table with 6/8 seats, a wardrobe available for guests, a shelf with dishes, pots and tablecloths. In the kitchenette there are the main appliances (fridge, dishwasher, gas burners), the bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower and bidet.
On the back of the building there is the area for laying out, on the front a large veranda partly covered by a pitched wooden roof and equipped with an 8-seater table and outdoor chairs.
The studio and the adjoining covered veranda are for the exclusive use of the housing unit. The swimming pools (one for adults and one for children, open in July and August), tennis court and pine forest are in common use for all guests of the village.
The house is part of a complex of 4 terraced houses, inside a village of about 140 units.
During the high season (July and August), coexistence with the nearest neighbors is to be understood as convivial, it does not disturb but it does not guarantee the possibility, for those who wish, to spend a stay in the name of absolute silence .
During the preceding and following months in July and August the village is very little frequented, during these periods, since there is not a large turnout and since the village and the apartment at a good distance from the center and the vehicular traffic, stays are expected sign of quiet.
The village of which the studio is part is located 5 minutes walk from the beach of Porto Paglietto and the nearby cliff, 15 minutes walk from the town center. From Portoscuso / Portovesme it is possible to reach the wonderful island of Carloforte by ferry with a 30/40 minute crossing.
The whole village is immersed in the greenery of a large pine forest and Mediterranean scrub.
The village has ample free parking spaces.
