Positive: Family of 5 stayed July 2025 for 5 nights. Host had a number of 'small things that made a difference'. For example small bottle of wine to welcome, water bottles in the fridge already there, ordered another burner plug in stove after we mentioned we'd be cooking in the apartment, above average toiletries, some condiments stocked (salt, cooking oil, etc), clothes washing machine detergent, plenty of cutlery and dishes including pans and pots in average condition (low scratches in teflon coating for pans), 4 umbrellas for guest use, some chargers for guest use, and a few other items that were 'icing on top' of the typical lodging minimums. Host was responsive, helpful, and sincere. Full American sized clothes washing machine & separate clothes dryer in unit was very nice to have. Air conditioners in each of the three bedrooms helped with temperature control.
Negative: Only one thing to note in that the property (building) is on a steep hill. This did not detract from the stay or apartment, or anything, just noting for reference in case relevant for accommodations.
Summary: As advertised and described, plus a sincere host.
