Positive: Everything clean. Everything worked. Nice breakfast room and offer. Nice bar with free billiard. Tram stop is a minute walk from the hotel entrance and takes you straight downtown. Calm area. Spacious room with coffee machine, iron board, minibar (although empty), hairdryer... and everything worked inside of the room. Nice staff (although sometimes toooooo nice, comes over sometimes as they are making the comments because they want to be nice, not because they actually are... felt sometimes superficial... american style).
Negative: They do not have own parking places, which can happen, but they also do not have any deal with any nearby parking so, you have to book it yourself. The nearest parking location was already fully booked so we had to walk a bit from the parking to the hotel.
Summary: Professional staff. Clean hotel. Efficient processes. Nice breakfast.
