Summary: Check in was good. The front desk associate was great and very friendly. We had to park in the parking garage next door that conveniently has a tunnel to the hotel. The room was clean and newly renovated but the door had a large gap under it allowing all the hallway noise to come through. The bathroom was awful. It was old, walls were cracked and looking like they would cave in soon, and the shower was gross and needed regrouped. They missed the bathroom when they redid the room. There was even rust on the fixtures like the towel hanger on the back of the door. We made it through the night being awakened frequently by loud voices. The air conditioner sounded like a plane about to take off. It was clean so the staff does their job. It’s the chain needing to shell out money to fix things.
