Summary: Before i bookes the room (through Expedia) I called the hotel to ensure i was booking a room that had a large tub, for tgis stay a queen suite. I was assured this room would have it. Upon arrival it was a standard tub, and no other suites were avaliable. This isnt such a big deal, except for the fact that this is the THIRD TIME that i have been misinformed about my room type. It seems that people who work at yhe desk should know the room types and amenities, and every time i call ahead i am assured i will get the tub but i dont. Ive spent alot more money on upgraded room types (im not asking for it for free) and now I dont want to stay here anymore because of this.
