Positive: The location was perfect. The view of both sunrise and sunset were gorgeous. The size of the room was wonderful. Easy beach access. Near shopping center too.
Negative: The mattress needs to be replaced. The bedroom ceiling paint is peeling. Also, the front door has to be slammed in order to close completely. Room needs to be updated.
