The house itself features: A LARGE SWIMMING POOL with outdoor TV, LARGE FRONT PORCH/GAME ROOM for summer mornings and late nights, LARGE FULLY STOCKED CHEF'S KITCHEN , 2 FIREPLACES, WET BAR, and other OUTDOOR VACATION AMENITIES.
Living areas include: THREE LIVING ROOMS (plus the backyard) + THREE EATING AREAS (plus tables in the backyard) + GAME ROOM (Shuffleboard, Fooseball, Air Hockey, Pool Table & Ping Pong)!

There is plenty of common area spaces which never felt over crowded with 13 people. The pool is wonderful and the outdoor area is very accommodating.
