15 minutes to famous wineries of Temecula, 25 minutes to Pechanga Casino Resort, within an hour drive to attractions in San Diego or Orange counties like Sea World, Disneyland, beautiful beaches, etc

1) Can I check in early?
Usually I accommodate early check-in, but it depends if there is another guest checking out that morning so cleaner needs time to clean, usually she's done around 2pm. But you're welcome to come early and wait in the backyard.
2) Can I check out late?
Sorry, no late checkout, due to the automatic scheduling system for cleaner. She is very prompt to come at 11AM and has other host's listings to serve too.
3) Is the pool heated?
Unfortunately no, the heater just went out, and hence it's never been advertised as heated pool & spa in the listing, will update the listing in the future once fixed. There is a private hot tub inside the room.
4) Is Pet or Service Dog allowed?
Unfortunately due to family member's allergy issue and other guest's health concern, this listing does not allow any pet or even Service dog.
5) What is the best way to get a hold of the owner?
I'm more responsive if you message me on the app first or text to my phone as I'm often at work or on travel.

Summary: beautiful home and neighborhood, some of the amenities need updating/fixing, and would be nice to have access to the garage that isn't being used to store bikes if that's what you're in town for. Otherwise great place for the price, and easy going owner. 10/10 would stay again
