Escape to Clearwater Forest Retreat, our lovely cabin in Townsend, the peaceful side of the Smokies, and enjoy the comfort of our gated Laurel Valley community. This Smoky Mountains cabin sleeps up to 6 persons and features a wrap-around screened-in porch with views of foliage.

About the Clearwater Forest Retreat Smoky Mountains Cabin
Clearwater Forest Retreat comfortably sleeps four but has room for up to 6 guests. The open concept living area features a modern kitchen with quartz countertops and an inviting living room with a stacked stone fireplace.
The master bedroom is located downstairs and features an upgraded king-sized bed. Also located downstairs is a large bathroom with jetted soaking tub and a large separate shower.
As you make your way upstairs, you'll notice local artwork featuring the Great Smoky Mountains. The loft has a queen bed and another remodeled bathroom with a shower.
The cabin is tucked into the forests of Laurel Valley, and a notable feature is a wrap-around screened-in porch. Perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening beverages while doing some wildlife viewing!
The cabin is located near the Wild Laurel Golf course with food and beverage options with a beautiful mountain view! Feel free to treat yourself to a round of golf also! (Golf cart rentals and golf-related expenses will apply.)
We are not owned/managed by large rental companies. Josh, your host, is local to the area and strives to provide you and your family with a safe, clean, enjoyable place to make memories for years to come!
PLEASE NOTE: A $300 security deposit will be required in the form of a credit card hold. This hold is not a charge, and will be refunded upon check out. This hold ensures no damages to the property will occur. We require this security deposit, and a signed renters agreement PRIOR to check in.

Summary: The cozy cottage was so clean! I'm talking going barefoot clean and Temperpedic beds and linens were so comfortable. Everything is top quality and actually seems new, just be prepared for a 40 minute drive to Dollywood and main attractions.
