GULF-FRONT, CORNER UNIT Condo on the beach! This luxurious space features 3 bedrooms, 2 master suites, a large guest bedroom, an additional bunk area, and a spacious open living/dining kitchen area with a huge slider. The balcony offers views of all that Pier Park has to offer. Not only is the unit outstanding, but this resort is also brilliant! Known at the beach for its amenities: 1st class fitness center, two outdoor pools & an indoor heated pool, movie theater, arcade, a market, and cafe.
Disclaimers: MINIMUM AGE to BOOK IS 25. The condo association is extremely strict with enforcement and checks for the State ID of the individual who booked the place. In the event person is not 25 or older they will be denied entry and booking fees are not refundable. The person who books the condo can not leave guests under 25 if they do not stay there themselves.
Please know most desirable beachfront resorts including The Tidewater Resort could have long elevator waits. TideWater resort has 6 elevators total for guests to use in 4 different spots. It may help to avoid peak hours when you plan on going out.
If your vehicle has a rooftop cargo or any add-on to your car, Please check garage clearance height/width. RVs and trailers can not enter the garage as they are probably too big and are not allowed (There are 3rd party paid parking lots and parks in the area). Any standard cars, pickup trucks, and SUVs fit fine.
Guest Rules and Regulations:
REGISTRATION FEE
• Every unit rental reservation must register and pay the registration fee.
• Proper ID wristbands are required to be worn at all times while on property. The replacement fee for each lost or stolen owner wristband is $25 plus tax. No access to the resort without a proper ID wristband.
• Replacement fee for each lost or stolen owner parking pass is $5 plus tax.
• Smoking is prohibited in the unit and all common areas of the resort.
• Minimum age requirement for renting at the resort is 25 years of age.
• Quiet hours are enforced between 10 P.M. and 10 A.M.
• Music is not allowed in the common areas.
• Must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol on property*
• "Funnelling" of alcohol in public is prohibited.
• Water balloon slingshots, water balloon throwing is prohibited.**
• Skateboarding, rollerblading, hoverboarding, skating, and drones are not allowed.
• Throwing or dropping any item from the balcony and walkways is prohibited.**
• Nudity and indecent exposure, in any public or common area at the resort, including any area exposed to public view is not allowed.* Violators may be prosecuted.
• Fireworks and laser pointers are prohibited on resort property.
• Feeding seagulls is prohibited throughout the resort property.
• Climbing or leaning over railings is prohibited.
• All items are prohibited from being hung on balconies, walkways, and windows.
• The use of any type of grill and hibachi is forbidden.**
• Grills are provided on the front of the resort on the east side.
• Vandalizing or destroying property will result in eviction and prosecution for damages.
BELLMAN AND LUGGAGE CARTS
• All loading and unloading of items must be done from the parking garage.
• Luggage Carts must be checked out at the 2nd level in the main building. You must have a valid driver's license to check out a luggage cart.
• Luggage carts are not allowed inside the units.
PETS
• Guests/Renters are not allowed to have pets on the property.
• Guests/Renters with pets in the unit will have to board their pets immediately.**
• Animals are not allowed at pools, hot tubs, or on the beach.*
PARKING
• All vehicles must display parking passes or a decal.
• Vehicles without a parking pass or decal are subject to tow at the owners' expense.
• Drop-off and pick-up is permitted under the porte-cochere.
• Watercraft, campers, and oversized vehicles are not allowed parked on-premises.
• No vehicle exceeding 7'2" height is allowed in the garage.
• For the safety of all: pickups with extended beds, extended cabs, dual wheels, and equipped with tow bars and extended rear luggage carriers are to park in the north side rear of the
garage.
• All trailers must be approved by the HOA prior to parking in the garage.
• Roof luggage carriers must be removed before entering the garage.
• Rental scooters, rental golf carts, bubble cars, and Slingshots are not authorized to park in the garage or porte-cochere and are subject to tow at renters' expense.
FITNESS CENTER
• Hours of operation — 5 A.M. to 10 P.M.
• No one under 18 years of age is allowed in the Fitness Center.
• Closed-toe shoes and shirts are required. (Sandals and Flip-Flops are not acceptable.)
• Operation of equipment is at your own risk.
• Please read all instructions for the equipment.
• Do not exercise alone.
• Bathing suits are required in the spa, steam room, and sauna.
• Food is not permitted in the facility.
• No horseplay inside the center.
POOL, HOT TUB & SPA
• Hours of operation — 8 A.M. to 10 P.M.
• Quiet hours will be enforced.
• Coolers are permitted at the pool provided they are kept underneath the chair at all times. Radios, boom boxes or docking stations are not allowed at the pool.
• Floats and air mattresses are allowed in the pool except when crowded.
• Throwing or hitting of balls or other objects are not allowed at pools.
• Glass is not allowed at pools or hot tubs.*
• Food is not allowed at pools or hot tubs.*
• Diving, jumping, or cannonballs is prohibited at pools and may result in removal.
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Thongs or similar bathing suits are not allowed at pools or hot tubs.
THEATER
• Swimwear is not permitted.
• Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.*
• No Food or Drink in the Theatre is allowed.
TRASH
• Please dispose of all garbage/trash in sealed bags.
• Trash chutes are located on the west and east end of each walkway. Do not throw pizza boxes, large boxes, or heavy items down the trash chute.
GAME ROOMS
• Hours of operation - 8 A.M. to 10 P.M.
