Step back in time to the 1940’s, with a one-of-a-kind slice of paradise. Our unit features romantic Hawaiiana furnishings, yet is mixed with full amenities to take care of your modern needs. Slide into your parking space and arrive just steps from your ground floor unit. Enter for the most amazing views of Molokai and Lanai with unobstructed ocean views, then walk 10 steps to your pool, and another 10 steps to the ocean!
Our building has only 18 units total, and its location is cooler and less crowded than Lahaina or Kaanapali. Just down the street is Honokowai, with local coffee, shopping and markets. Further down the road is a modern area with restaurants and shops. Up the road is beautiful Napili Bay, one of the greatest beaches with awesome snorkeling. Kapalua lies just up from there, and offers Championship golf.
The unit includes one bedroom with air conditioning. There is a full kitchen with fan, living room with TV, washer/dryer, and patio. There are two outdoor grills should you successfully catch the Fish of the Day, or get fresh fish from the local area take-outs or markets.
You will find yourself mostly spending time on the “lanai”, or patio of the unit, watching the action out front; surfers, outriggers, boats, and in season, Humpback WHALES breach out in front of the condo! Snorkel and swim with turtles out front, and enjoy the warm ocean, or bob in the pool. You will find yourself eventually living on “Maui Time”! Casually get to know your neighbors at weekly Pupu (appetizers) Parties, where everyone meets at the big table and has a nice Happy Hour.
Some of our guests have stayed with us yearly for over 20 years; our place is that special.
