3 Bedroom House in Soller

In the heart of Soller, 3 minutes from the market and 5 minutes from the square, Urge Secret shelters a rustic stone house on 1500 m2 of land offering parking for several cars. The exteriors are furnished with a very large terrace, a 46 m2 swimming pool, fruit trees. Unobstructed views of the Soller mountains and sunbathing guaranteed. All surrounded by orange gardens.
It is our holiday home that we are gradually renovating to improve an already real comfort.
Comfortable and new bedding. Two of the 3 bathrooms are new.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed adjoining a large new bathroom equipped with the washing machine. A living room, a small dining room, a kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. A small bathroom is accessible from the outside for direct access to the swimming pool.
On the first floor, 3 bedrooms (one with double bed, one with two single beds, one with single bed). A bathroom. Views of the mountains and our 1500m2 garden.
The house offers rare spaces in this central area of the village. No joint ownership with neighboring houses.
It is ideally placed to discover Soller and its valley in all seasons. 46m2 swimming pool for the summer. Central heating in winter.
Our daughter Pauline provides on-site reception and maintenance. She will be keen to make your stay pleasant.

Summary: If you are looking for properties, stop and book this one! The home is beautiful, the pool and outdoor area is picture perfect. We loved spending time on the patio enjoying the surrounding Mountain View’s. Everything was clean and modern but with traditional touches. The location is amazing right in the center of Soller , the town is beautiful and a short tram ride to the port and Palma. Highly recommend and we hope one day to return!
