Beautiful home right on the water with hot tub on the balcony that overlooks the beautiful river. Can;t get any better or closer than this! Enjoy the beautiful river views during the day and the beautiful stars at night. There is a swim area next to the dock to enjoy and relax when you’re not out boating on the water. We are conveniently located, so you may choose to launch at the river or super close to be able to head down to Havasu Springs or Cattail Cove to launch your boat and enjoy Lake Havasu.
Very unique riverfront home with a private dock on the river. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with two bedrooms having sliders to access river view upper deck. Master has large bathroom with shower and jacuzzi bathtub and access to upper riverfront deck.

You’ll have access to the entire home. You’ll have garage access, but only one side of the garage can be used and there is 2 parking spots available in driveway as well.
