Positive: The home is so bright and welcoming. Fabulous view from the balcony, a few minutes walk to cafes, brewery, and shops, and easy access to the walkway along the waters edge. Undercover parking was a bonus. Amenities and extras are great. It's a really beautiful spacious home.
