Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, you’ll be close to everything:

– 10 minutes to Canal Park and downtown Duluth
– Quick access to Spirit Mountain, the Bong Bridge, Lake Superior shoreline, and local hiking trails.
The home is thoughtfully set up with everything you need for a short stay or a longer getaway. The two bedrooms offer a King bed and a trundle bed with two full size mattresses and quality linens.
