4 Bedroom Cottage in Kemble, Georgian Bluffs

COVID-19 Notice: For the 2020 rental season, regardless of what is stated in the descriptions, renters will be responsible to supply all linens, towels, pillows and blankets.This warm and inviting waterfront cottage is located on the shores of Georgian Bay just outside the village of Wiarton. This cottage is a perfect getaway for both relaxation and outdoor activities within a breathtaking view of the bay. The flat shoreline allows for shallow entry into the lake, making it a fun place for kids to swim. The lake water is amazingly clear for excellent snorkeling. For more water fun, the cottage comes equipped with 2 sit on top kayaks and paddles, a swim raft for the water and life jackets. Swim shoes are recommended. The cottage is set well back from the road and is surrounded by trees providing a very private, quiet setting. The driveway to the cottage is quite steep but is fine for a regular vehicle to drive down. Picture attached. A small wall of larger rocks is lined along the shoreline. Great swimming, gradual entry into the water. Swim shoes are recommended. CHILD SAFETY ISSUES No apparent child safety issues. PRIVACY RATING Three stars out of Five DOCKING FACILITIES The nearest boat docking facilities are located at at the Wiarton Marina. Smaller boats may also use the Big Bay boat launch 6km away. WHEELCHAIR ACCESS Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access. LIMITATIONS Maximum Occupancy: 6 adults or up to 8 people with at least 2 children in the group. Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults. Pets are negotiable. Unless noted as being unlimited Data, the internet service provided at this cottage is for e-mail communications and casual browsing only. Please do not download movies or stream videos, music or games. Excess data usage will result in an additional charge. Renters are responsible to clean the cottage and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged.Please note that after placing your reservation, a rental application will be sent to you. You will have 24 hours to fill out the application form. If the form is not returned after the 24 hours, your reservation will be cancelled. This reservation has a No Refunds cancellation policy.
