Positive: Location wise it is very good. Not too far from the mad crowd of Malioboro, yet it is very quiet and relaxing. Surrounded by so many food restaurants. Walking distance to Alun-Alun Kidul where it is a fun piazza with many angkringan. The home itself, was very well taken care. Every room (5 rooms!) has its own bathroom. Drinking water, tea, coffee, sugar, available in the kitchen.
