Positive: The property is brand new, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed. However, the experience was let down by excessive paperwork (bond and rental agreement for just a 2-night stay), a shared driveway with frequent traffic past bedroom windows, and a lack of shampoo/soap in the shared bathroom (though available in the ensuite).
