Swimming pool of 4mx12m with a pool-house, an outdoor shower and a toilet, in an enclosed area of 200m².
Summer kitchen with barbecue, sink, two burners, fridge and freezer.

Security alarm for the pool.
The whole is enclosed (for child safety).
THE GARDEN
The garden is large and planted with beautiful highly sought shade in summer.
Four spaces are equipped with tables and chairs.
A large trampoline of 4m30 diameter for adults (children can use it under the responsibility of an adult).
Parking is in the garden north of the house.
